Extract pages from a PDF

Extract selected PDF pages into a separate document for an application, report or email. Review the page order before downloading.

Pages are numbered from 1 and appear in your new PDF in the order you list them.

Choose exactly the pages you need — in any order, contiguous or not — and save them as a single new PDF, without touching the original file.

Picking exactly the pages you need

Extract Pages builds one new PDF from the pages you select, in the order you list them. Pages do not have to be next to each other: "5, 1, 7" is valid and puts page 5 first.

The pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays searchable and the original file is untouched.

How to use this tool

  1. Upload the PDF you want to pull pages from.
  2. Enter the page numbers you want to keep, in the order you want them.
  3. Download the new PDF containing only those pages.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Split PDF?

Split PDF fans a document out into multiple output files by range; Extract Pages produces one single PDF from an arbitrary, possibly non-contiguous, page selection.

Can I put the pages in a different order than the original?

Yes — pages appear in your new PDF in the order you list them, not necessarily their original order.
