Fileixa is a free, browser-based platform for processing PDF, image, and other files. By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must have the right to upload and process any file you submit — don't use Fileixa to process files you don't have permission to handle, or content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates someone else's rights.

Fileixa's tools are provided free of charge, on an "as is" basis. Conversions, compressions, and AI-assisted outputs are generated automatically and may occasionally produce an imperfect or incorrect result — always review the output before relying on it, especially for anything sent onward as a final or official document. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a tool's output.

Files you upload are processed on our servers and deleted automatically shortly after — see our Privacy Policy for the exact timelines. Download your results promptly; we cannot recover a file once its automatic deletion window has passed. We may temporarily suspend or rate-limit the service to protect it from abuse or overload.

Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service (including automated bulk submission designed to circumvent fair-use limits), and don't use Fileixa to process malware, illegal content, or files that violate the rights of others.

Some features may require signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used to violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Fileixa after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
