Fileixa is operated by Creates Online LLC. If a tool isn't working, a conversion produced an unexpected result, or you have a question, feedback, or a business inquiry, email us and we'll get back to you.

Reporting an issue

When reporting a problem with a tool, it helps if you include which tool you used, roughly what time it happened, and what went wrong (an error message, an unexpected file, or a page that didn't load). Please don't send us the file itself over email — describe the issue instead, since processed and uploaded files are already deleted from our servers on a short automatic schedule and we can't retrieve them after the fact.

Before you write

A few answers save you the wait. Fileixa's PDF and image tools are free to use. We cannot send a file back to you or recover one after it has been processed, because uploads and results are removed automatically. If a download did not start, run the tool again with the same file: nothing is kept from the first attempt. The Android app is on Google Play; the iPhone app is not in the App Store yet.

Ideas and missing tools

If you looked for a tool and did not find it, tell us what you were trying to do: the file type you had, and the result you needed. Requests from people who use the site decide what we build next. For partnerships and other business questions, write to the same address and say which company you are writing from.
